| Orders are normally shipped within 3 to 5 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders will be shipped when finished, typically within 2 weeks of confirmation of your order.
When your treasures are packed and sent they will be in perfect condition. If you receive your treasures, and within 2 days find that the materials or workmanship are defective. Contact me right away. I ask that you repack it and send it back within 2 days of receiving it. The item must be insured. I will then do my best to replace your item or help you choose a different treasure or issue you a store credit. |
